  1. That's exactly how I felt when I last saw a shooting star. It has been so long. This haiku brought back that wonderful feeling. Thank you Balqis!

    1. Thank you, Marie. I want to look at the positive side by thinking a shooting star even for awhile will bring some joy. I'm happy to read you. :)

  4. Beautiful sight, a shooting star!

It is the Royal Carriage of the Queen of Fairies, Titania, when she flies looking for the magic flower of Walwst, that brings happiness to saddened hearts!

You know who told me this sweet tale, BB!

I am amazed about how many things about Galwrst he knows, (I call it Fairyland, but he said that Fairyland does not exist) :), well, he was glwst there, he said that glwst in Galwrst is not the same than to be born anywhere else. He promises to tell us a tale to teach us such a beautiful a thing as your haiku!

Each one of those you write is better and better!

    Thank you!

    1. Yes, Od, it's like a diamond falling from the sky. And it moves at a fast speed with the brightness that will stun us for awhile.

Oh! How nice to know it's the Royal Carriage of Fairies. I'm right then to say it brings joy.

Of course, I know who HE is! I could almost hear him strutting. :))

He knows a lot and I'm amazed, too. That 'glwst' must be his aka. I'd love to hear more like the story of 1001 Nights.

Thank you so much, Od, for giving me the credit! :)

    1. I wish you could see it, Aunt Mary. You know it happens all of a sudden. I used to see it many times. When I was a kid, I even thought of finding out where it fell in the hope of seeing a star on the ground!

Thank you for dropping by. :)

  7. Thinking, why a falling star makes us happy? Because its rare to witness the drops?

But that's another story. You captured the momenta well, BB-

That shooting star- blink of a eye- gives amazing feelings!

    1. There are a lot of things associated to it and one is happiness, I think. It looks like a firework. You know, over here we call it as a star's dropping!

Thank you for your warm words, Omo.

Yeah, you're right. It happens too fast! :)
