Good morning! :) Great haiku for this day! thanks for sharing!:)
beautiful Balqis. a great start for another wonderful day.p/s : i just curious, what's the element of haiku actually? the syllable counts? i don't think i'm clear enough :)
Good Morning, Balqis :) (It's still Thursday evening here - he he!)Another *beautiful* Haiku that demonstrates strength, determination and defying all odds ~ Bravo! This is one of my favorite images on the net :)Have a great day :)
@Sagittarian - Good morning! Thank you so much for your comment. :)
@Inspector - Thanks a lot for your kind words. Please, surf for Haiku and read what it's all about. From my findings, some say it is written in 3 lines of 5-7-5 syllables. But others say it's not necessarily be so. Some Haiku poems I read are written in just a few words. I like its simplicity. When you look at some of my Haiku, I don't stay in the 5-7-5 syllables only. Sometimes, it's more or it's less. I suggest you go to Haiku sites to get more infos about it.Thank you, Inspector. :)
@~*Princesa Fiona*~ - Good evening to you! :)In one's life, there must be a will which is strong enough to defy constraints or barriers. Thank you so much for your beautiful comments. :)
yes Balqis thanks for the info. i thought it should be 5-7-5 that's how i'm working on now. that's why when i read yours i get confused and now i get it.but i think i shall stick to 5-7-5 cos it's more challenging. hihi
You're welcome! Actually, most of my Haikus are in the 5-7-5 syllables. But sometimes, it's quite difficult to get the exact 5-7-5. To clear my doubts, I looked for related sites and got some answers. It's good to try writing some poetic lines. Have fun! :)
hi balqis, i will put a romantic link to this..... a pure heart waiting for the guy she loves, to come over.
Hehehe...that's romantic! Thank you for your explication. Nice to see you, Wan! :)
sometimes we have no choice but to accept life and just "let it be"..learning to deal with the pain..waiting and holding on until all goes in it's right place ;)This Haiku is excellent Balqis so goes with the pix ;)
Thank you, Sie. I agree with you. The determination to overcome all constraints will make life so meaningful. :)

Hehehe...choco-boy! At last, you're here again. I'm in doubt of your 'pwomise'! :)

It will rain today here and it was a good lullaby this poem.Thank you.
I love this my friend... Is this about resisting obstacle in life? Just like sailing in the waves ? I am trying to understand the meaning as I know this is important, I am a risk taker person and I open resist with the constraints... I hope I digest this better ... Have a great day my friend :)
