A Little But A Lot

A liitle thank you means a lot,
My hands are too small to hold it,
In the closet of my heart, I keep it.

A little time spent is quality time,
It means more than the entire time,
A minute's banter, a lasting impact.

A little thought is good thought,
Friendship blooms from little thought,
Its beauty is immeasurable.

With gratitude,
Balqis

  1. Fantastic...we sometimes think bigger things are the best and huge but most of the time the little things mean much more. Beauty comes in small things too.

  6. Wow! Love this poem :)sometimes we thought it's just a little thing or favor from us, but thinking of what can this little thing do to other, it's like what you said, it's unmeasurable indeed!:)

  7. Thanks, Ros. It's true that sometimes we fail to see the "big things" behind small things and we tend to underestimate them.

Have a great day ahead! :)

  8. hi balqis, this is cool, the awareness of the presence of little vibrations are more vivid and consistently oft returning- is more meaningful than the big ones that comes with great impact but gone soon after.

  12. @Sie - Thank you so much, Sie. That's really nice. Whether it's said for our loved ones or friends, when it goes along with love and sincerity, it means a lot. Even just a little 'Hello' also means so much cos it shows we care. :)

There is a comment by Ken who had the same problem you are having.
I almost lost my comment yesterday.
