Oh Fireflies! They are truly beautiful. It is sad that due to increasing urbanization these gorgeous creatures are slowly disappearing. I have noticed it in my place also. When I was just a kid, I used to see so many fireflies but now I don't. :( I do hope that wherever they are they be given the freedom to spread their unlimited store of light.

I remember in my childhood my siblings, cousins and I catching fireflies and crashing them to play with the glowing substance,I. can recall the smell of it it is a shame the new generation and the ones to come are not so lucky! My daughters only know them by picture and stories. our world is changing.....
I always wish that I can see a firefly.. :)
