Out Of The Blue

Alone...
on a breezy evening
rustles of leaves are whispers
from a whispering tree
whispering words
only known by me
Alas...
I have company
they are all around here
right beside me

  3. The first part of the poem created such a beautiful image and them bam. Just as you wrote, I could see myself being disturbed while taking a leisurely stroll alone by someone or something like a ringing cell phone. :D

  5. You turn a 'lonely' poem into a lovely moments that surround you. At least that's how I feel reading this. As always it's a lovely poem Balqis.

  6. Wow! As I was reading your inspiring poem I could see myself sitting, alone, somewhere in nature, listening to it´s words, hearing it´s sounds and communicating with it´s spirit. Love it!

But the hearing of those words and murmurs are the fountain of love!

    Beautiful!
