Greetings Balqis! I came to know about your blog through Sagittarian's recent post. And I must say that I am very drawn to your haikus. You have made very subtle descriptions of feelings in your haikus. Using just a few words you have explained the complex emotions in an artistic manner. Your words are *BEAUTIFUL* <3
Hi Sui! Welcome to my blog! Thank you for dropping by and for your nice comments. I feel honoured! Sagittarian (I like calling her, Ros) is such a nice person. She mentioned me not just once! I'm touched by her kindness.
I love Literature and especially poetry. But my constraint is in writing good long poetry. At the moment, I write more on Haiku trying to convey my feelings or any other issues around me. Haiku is a short poetry comprising of 3 lines with 5-7-5 syllables.
Thank you so much for your kindness. It means a lot to me. Wishing you happy blogging! :)
@Insp S - How nice hearing from you! Oh....I really wish I'm the rainbow! I'm blushing in many colours just like the rainbow! Thank you so much, Insp! :)
Colors are true gift of nature indeed! It's a manifold creation that Science cannot absolutely explained! It is something human is really intertwined into! As we are part of nature! That's why our heat always settle at peace when we see it's beauty :)
hi balqis, reading your poem/ haiku etc always enlightens the heart, mind and soul- justs like the bright color rainbow in your pic..cos you always touch on love... have a nice day
