Hello 2015!

I have bade goodbye to 2014. Now, I am in another brand new day. A cold morning welcomes me but in my heart it is warm with thankfulness; that I am able to step into 2015, able to face another year. This is just the beginning. What lies ahead need not be said.  All of us are planners of our own lives but the outcomes are yet to be seen. Whatever it is, let's look at the brighter side of it.

Waking up today, I am happy for all the kind thoughts I get from friends, here and virtually. Friends are like family to me, all have a special place in my heart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindnesses. Let's wish 2015 be a prosperous year and fill with love and peace for all of us!

Life Is Beautiful

The beautiful chirpy sounds, so romantic among the fragrant flowers in a dewy morning. I could almost hear him says "I love you" to Mama Bird, followed by more cheeriness of tiny voices rising from the warm nest securely built among the branches of a shady tree. One happy family waking up for another beautiful day full of love and hope.

heaven opens all its doors

enchantment of the moment
fulfilling the soul

Benign Welcome

A feeling awakes and up goes the smile

Facing another grinding day of the world

Pleasant thoughts easily present making

A day as awesome as can be, though

Ugly sides of it tearing apart the beauty

Putting a gap in between light and darkness

In a frantic effort, to grasp that light of hope

Darkness keeps pulling the beautiful feeling

into that dark abyss, most feared for no return

Hearts will grieve and bleed sorrowfully

But…….

The air is still a plentiful to keep surviving

Against all odds and up goes the smile again

So, breathe in the air gleefully and walk happily

Among the field of yellow, warm lovely flowers

The sweet scent a solace to a lonely heart

The warm sun rays an antidote to a cold feeling

The dance of birds and butterflies flutter a heart

Awaking in another zone of new beginning

A benign welcome undiscovered before

This is life in a beautiful world, one and only

I let my heart follow its direction

To find out what it’s doing next

At the other side of the horizon

When it’s a brand new day

And life begins again…

If I were the sponge,

I'd soak up your pain,

Squeeze it in the sun,

Let you smile again.

If I were the bird,

I'd sing you nice songs,

Which you never heard,

But you'd hum along.

If I were the breeze,

I'd gently sooth your soul,

Not a moment amiss,

Make you great and whole.

In Dire Hope

It's hard to hold back for this isn't what we plan it to be. Yet another teardrop falls.  Who are we to fight back what's been destined for us? We're helpless souls  lost in the sea of sorrow. The high raging waves have hit us badly and everything is shattered in the wild vastness around us. It's hard to pick up the little pieces and let alone to glue it back for every single piece of the dreams has been destroyed completely.

The feeling is in a state of coma with a blur hope of restoring it to what it used to be. That light at the end of the tunnel is at a far reach. We won't be able to make it before it's completely gone and leave us in darkness again. It's so frightening and we succumb to our own fear.

A wish that it isn't too harsh for us. But every part of  this so called emotions have been battered and the casualties are high.
